SAS280Ah LiFePO4 cells are engineered for ultra-long service life: boasting 6,000+ charge-discharge cycles (equating to a 15+ year lifespan with daily operation) and retaining over 80% of nominal capacity after 10 years of use. Featuring a rugged structural design, the cells deliver exceptional resistance to extreme temperatures (-20°C to 60°C) and vibration (compliant with IEC 60068-2-6), rendering them ideal for harsh operating environments such as construction sites and outdoor telecom towers. Adopting non-toxic, non-flammable LiFePO4 chemistry, they completely eliminate fire hazards—an essential safety attribute for enclosed installation spaces.
Integrated 51.2V dedicated Battery Management System (BMS) provides comprehensive protection: it prevents overcharging/over-discharging and short circuits, and enables precise cell balancing with a ±5mV tolerance to further extend the battery’s overall lifespan. The BMS supports real-time monitoring of voltage, current and operating temperature via an on-board digital display or mobile app, and triggers automatic alerts for abnormal conditions to avert battery damage and ensure safe, stable operation.
